Great job on the knicker library. I've just started doing some android development and I'm learning Java at the same time. Integrating your library has been painless and has saved me from learning a whole load of new stuff. Thanks.

This is temporary. Interlacer will be back on October 6th with some great new ways to share photos.

Hi,
I noticed that 'Interlacer' isn't on the UK Itunes store.
Is this a temporary problem?

Thanks,
Ross in Scotland.

Hi,
I really like the look of your Iphone app!
I don't mean to be a nuisance, but could i ask if the app is going to be on sale soon?
The reason i ask is that recently i've bought apps, which soon after were made free or on sale (for a limited time). As i'm unemployed this really bothers me because i can't afford any waste.

Look forward to hearing back,
Ross in Scotland.

Boris,

The sourceDictionary entries in the EnumSet will be passed to Wordnik in the order you specify. From what I understand, Wordnik will use them in that order. So just create your EnumSet in the order you want:

// look in these dictionaries, in this order
	EnumSet<SourceDictionary> source = EnumSet.of(
 SourceDictionary.ahd,
 SourceDictionary.wordnet,
 SourceDictionary.wiktionary,
 SourceDictionary.webster,
 SourceDictionary.century);

	// get the definitions
	List<Definition> retList = WordApi.definitions(word, source);

The blank source was a bug. It should have been sourceDictionary. This is now fixed. There is a "source" element in the wordOfTheDay definition data; this is now mapped to sourceDictionary in the Knicker definition object. This bug is fixed in 2.0.2, available on github now.

Enjoy!

Very happy to see this new version!

One question - when calling WordApi.definitions(), is there any way to set the order of preference of the dictionaries? From what I can determine, it appears that they will always be sent to the API in the order of the enum since that's what EnumSet does.

Second, on the returned definitions, def.getSource() always seems to return null. Perhaps a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Hi Boris,
I have been updating it to version 4. There are a couple of issues with some of the methods. I will be releasing a beta for version 4 access very soon. I'll announce it on this blog and on the Wordnik mailing list.
